Introduction of Molybdenum Plate
Molybdenum plate is made of molybdenum powder by pressing, sintering and rolling. Polished surface, sand blasted surface or alkali washed surface can be provided according to customer requirements. The surface of molybdenum plate is flat and clean without delamination, cracks, impurities. In the production process, cross rolling process is adopted to remove stress through vacuum annealing, which is suitable for deep processing.

Molybdenum plates have the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, low expansion coefficient and excellent heat and corrosion resistance.
Applications of Molybdenum Plate
Molybdenum plate is usually used in high-temperature furnace as heat shield, heating element, sintering high-temperature molybdenum boat, molybdenum bottom plate, molybdenum support frame, etc. Molybdenum plate can be processed into molybdenum sputtering target for PVD coating or thin film coating and molybdenum ion source in ion implantation equipment, such as molybdenum side plate, molybdenum cathode, molybdenum arc chamber, etc.
